I have been working in the dental industry for 7 years now. Six of those years I specialized in pediatrics. My favorite part of the job is building relationships with patients and getting to know unique things about them. When I am not working, I enjoy visiting my in-laws in Alaska, playing games with my friends, and watching tv with my two cats, Rose and Olive. I am also an avid record collector and I enjoy attending music concerts in the Twin Cities.

Hongnonh

Dental Assistant

My name is Hongnonh Kiatoukaysy. I’ve been a dental assistant since 2004 and truly enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. I was born in downtown Minneapolis and spent most of my childhood there before graduating from high school. I later attended Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park, where I continued my education and began my career in dentistry as a dental assistant. I’m the youngest of nine siblings, and together our family has blessed my parents with more than 35 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Family has always been a big part of my life. I’ve been happily married for nearly 20 years after dating my husband for 10 years before we tied the knot. Together, we have four wonderful children—three boys and a girl. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cheering on my kids at soccer games, taking walks, spending quality time with my husband, or relaxing with a good romance novel. I enjoy building relationships with patients and helping create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Kaylin

Hygienist

Kaylin has worked as a dental hygienist since graduating from the University of Minnesota in 2016. “I love that I get to meet new people every day. It’s rewarding to build relationships with them and to provide education and dental care to keep their mouth and teeth healthy for life.” Kaylin loves to travel, try out new coffee shops, snowmobile, and ride horses. She also has a Great Dane named Curious George.

Jamie

Dental Assistant

With 17 years of experience as a dental assistant, Jamie is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. Dentistry runs in her family—her mom proudly worked for Dr. Roscher for 39 years, inspiring Jamie’s dedication and love for the profession. Outside the office, she’s a devoted wife and mom who cherishes time with her two boys and husband. You’ll often find her in the garden, tending to her chickens, or making memories at her family cabin. Whether it’s a quiet morning outdoors or a day spent ice fishing, Jamie finds joy in simple moments, hard work, and the people she loves most.
