insurance and payment policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Our office accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer a 5% savings to uninsured senior patients who pay in full at the time of service.
To assist you in achieving a healthy smile, we offer in-office financial arrangements for up to 3 months, as well as third party financing through CareCredit. These options allow patients to begin treatment immediately and pay over an agreed period. *Restrictions apply.
We are in network contracted providers with Delta Dental PPO, State of MN Group 216 employees, and Delta Dental Premier networks. All other plans are out of network in our practice. However, if your dental insurance plan has out of network benefits, we are then able to submit claims on your behalf. Insurance can be a great benefit and we will do our best to explain your dental coverage. As a patient in our practice, the treatment our doctors recommend is solely based on individual patient needs and is not dictated by insurance coverage.
