There are no yearly maximum amounts and no deductibles with the membership plans.
Our Membership Plans include the following services:

Full payment due at time of application.
Must be an established patient at time of application or will become an established patient.
Enrollment year begins on the date of application.
The SmileCare Plan is NOT dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other discount or dental insurance.
Any benefits not used in an enrollment year cannot be carried over.
SmileCare plan is valid for 12 consecutive months.
The SmileCare plan is not valid toward any treatment due to an injury involving a lawsuit, car accident, medical
insurance, workman’s comp, or homeowner’s insurance.
